[DESIGN PLANS]
These communicate the essence of the project, explain all the details and materials and give an overall description of the planting.

[CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION]
These enable the landscape contractor to give an accurate price and then to build the project as specified.
